Scope
This policy covers qallvo.com and www.qallvo.com — the marketing website you are on now. It does not cover the QALLVO product itself, which customers reach at a separate address under its own terms.
What this site collects
The only data this site actively collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company name, phone number, message, and the enquiry type selected by the button that brought you to the form. If you use the AI chat widget described below, it also collects whatever you type into it.
This site runs no analytics. It loads two third-party services: the contact form submission handling described below, and an AI chat widget that loads on every page, also described below.
Where contact form data goes
Contact form submissions are sent directly from your browser to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form-delivery service — GST does not sit between your browser and Web3Forms in that path.
Web3Forms is based in the United States. Submitting the form transfers your name, email address, company name, phone number and message outside GST's own infrastructure to the United States.
Where chat widget data goes
This site loads a third-party AI chat widget, served directly from ai.teltech.info, on every page — GST does not sit between your browser and ai.teltech.info in that path. The widget adds a chat button to the page; anything you type into it and send is transmitted directly from your browser to ai.teltech.info.
Where ai.teltech.info is based, and what international-transfer safeguards apply if that is outside GST's own jurisdiction, have not been confirmed — see 'Pending legal review' below.
What this site stores on your device
This site sets no cookies. It stores two things in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme preference, and — if you use the AI chat widget — a session identifier and a copy of your recent chat messages, so the conversation persists if you reload the page. Your theme preference is never transmitted anywhere. The chat widget's local data stays on your device, except for the messages themselves, which are sent to ai.teltech.info as described above.

This page describes what the site technically does. The items below have not been defined and must be completed by whoever manages GST’s legal compliance before this policy is treated as final.
